Dominik Supera
Professor Dominik Supera joined the Columbia Business School in 2022. He received his Ph.D. in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. His research interests are at the intersection of macroeconomics and finance. In his work, he combines empirical analysis and economic theory in the areas of financial intermediation, corporate finance and monetary economics. He is particularly interested in the impact of financial regulation, monetary policy and central bank interventions on the banking sector. His recent research examines the implications of low interest rates for bank supply of business loans and the transmission to firm investment and business creation.
