Lincoln Frank

Lincoln Frank is the founder and managing partner of Quad Partners, a private equity firm based in New York City focused exclusively on education. Founded in 2000, Quad has become one of the most active and experienced investors in the sector.  It has acquired 40 education companies, made over 60 add-on acquisitions, and built an extensive network within the industry.  It has invested across the education spectrum – in enterprise software, tech-enabled services, schools, and products serving preK-12, higher education, and corporate training.   

Prior to founding Quad, Linc was the Chief Operating Officer of J.P. Morgan Capital Corporation, an investment banker with Goldman Sachs, and a lawyer with Skadden Arps. He holds an LL.M. from the University of Cambridge, a J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School, and a B.A. from Wesleyan University.
