35th Annual Graham & Dodd Event
Launched in 1991, the Graham & Dodd Breakfast has become a premier annual forum for the investing community, honoring Columbia's value investing legacy with insights from top practitioners. The 35th annual event will feature Nicolai Tangen, CEO of Norges Bank Investment Management.

The Pershing Square Challenge
Each year, the Heilbrunn Center presents the Pershing Square [Philanthropic] Challenge, which is the culmination of a three-month competition among roughly forty teams of first- and second-year Columbia Business School Students enrolled in the Center's Applied Security Analysis course.
Bill Ackman, founder and CEO of Pershing Square Capital Management L.P., launched the challenge in 2008. The challenge is open to students who are enrolled in Applied Security Analysis.
CSIMA Conference
Each year, the Heilbrunn Center and the Columbia Student Investment Management Association host a full day event for students, practitioners, and faculty to exchange ideas.
After the conference, participants are invited to join a networking reception.
From Graham to Buffett and Beyond Omaha Dinner
Since 2010, the Heilbrunn Center has hosted an annual “From Graham to Buffett and Beyond” dinner in Omaha, Nebraska. The dinner is held on the eve of the Berkshire Hathaway shareholder meeting and features a panel of renowned speakers.
