In July 2003, Sheena Iyengar was appointed as the first Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. Associate Professor of Leadership and Ethics at Columbia Business School. A member of the Management Division faculty since 1998, Iyengar teaches courses on organizational behavior, including Leadership and Entrepreneurial Creativity and Managerial Decision Making. Her research focuses on the impact of choice on consumer and employee decisions.
