William J. Drake is Director of International Studies at the Columbia Institute for Tele-Information in Columbia Business School. His research and policy engagement concerns the international institutions governing the Internet, telecommunications, electronic commerce and the digital economy. Drake previously taught at the University of Zurich, Georgetown University, and the University of California at San Diego.

R.A. Farrokhnia, a recipient of the Dean's Award for Teaching Excellence, is an Executive Director at the Dean's Office of "Advanced Projects and Applied Research in Fintech." He also teaches courses at Schools of Business and Engineering; in addition, he is a lecturer and Board Member of the Knight-Bagehot Program at Columbia Graduate School of Journalism.
Professor Khandelwal teaches an elective course on International Business. His research interests examine issues in international and development economics, including the strategic response of firms to trade liberalizations and increased international competition.
Thomas Prusa is Professor of Economics at Rutgers University, New Brunswick, New Jersey. Prior to moving to Rutgers University he was a professor at State University of New York, Stony Brook, New York. He also is a Research Associate of the National Bureau of Economic Research, Cambridge, Massachusetts. He received his PhD from Stanford University in 1988. He has published numerous articles in leading journals and books. He has received “best article of the year” by Economic Inquiry and Review of International Economics.
