Describe what you do.
I am a senior Executive responsible for several operating divisions of the company which include design, development and commercial operations. International responsibilities include China, the rest of Asia and Australia.
How did you become interested in Healthcare? What drew you in?
I was drawn to the healthcare sector from interactions with former alumni that helped me to uncover the possibilities and fascinating career paths that existed in the field. My passions have been fueled by both the dynamic business challenges and the drive to improve the lives for patients around the world. Healthcare was attractive to me due to the intersection of innovation and global business opportunities punctuated by a rapid product lifecycle driven towards constantly improving clinical and economic outcomes.
What do you enjoy most about your career or positon?
The complexity and dynamic environment make no two days the same. Healthcare professionals and employees continue to inspire our company to solve significant healthcare challenges.
How has your CBS experience influenced your career?
The faculty and students opened my aperture to a broad set of possibilities and experiences that were unmatched. This rich set of experiences acted as a career pivot for me.
What is your favorite CBS memory, such as a favorite professor, spot on campus, or social event?
Walking into the heart of campus was a constant source of inspiration and history.

Grit, passion, humility, curiosity.
