Serving on the Board is a highly rewarding leadership development opportunity. MBA and EMBA students can apply for a limited number of positions each year. Members are selected based on a demonstrated interest in ethical leadership, and past academic and work experience.
Board members will:
- Sharpen their leadership skills by attending monthly Board meetings and leadership development trainings offered by the Bernstein Center.
- Work one-on-one with an executive coach to support growth as principled leaders.
- Shape the future of ethical leadership education at CBS by executing programs in coordination with Bernstein Faculty Leaders and providing guidance on curriculum enhancements.
- Serve as a student ambassador for the Bernstein Center by promoting leadership development and programming opportunities to fellow students.
