A hearty congratulations to DRO Professors Linda Green, Costis Maglaras, Assaf Zeevi, Carri Chan, Omar Besbes, Santiago Balseiro, and Jing Dong, as well as DRO PhD student Yue Hu and DRO PhD alum Yoni Gur for their awards at the 2019 INFORMS Annual Meeting this week in Seattle, WA.

Congratulations to our DRO PhD graduates of the class of 2019! DRO PhD student Francisco Castro accepted a faculty position at UCLA Anderson School of Management. He will join the Decisions, Operations and Technology Management (DOTM) area. Francisco was advised by Professors Omar Besbes, Ilan Lobel and Gabriel Weintraub.

The paper was written under the supervision of DRO professor Awi Federgruen.

The Impact Prize, awarded once every two years, recognizes ideas or techniques that have broadly impacted the fields of operations research and management sciences. Professor van Ryzin won this award in recognition of his work on revenue management.
