Three Columbia Business School graduates have been chosen as Columbia University Alumni Medalists for 2014: Mitch Freinberg ’77, Philippa Feldman Portnoy ’90, and Sabin Streeter ’67.

This semester, Columbia Business School appointed Kate Kerrigan as the administrative director of the Paul Milstein Center for Real Estate. Prior to her appointment, Kerrigan, a lawyer, was the executive director of the Dumbo Improvement District (BID), overseeing the daily operations of one of Brooklyn, and New York City's most dynamic BIDs.
Professor Sheena Iyengar has been appointed Faculty Director of The Eugene Lang Entrepreneurship Center effective July 1. Iyengar is the S.T. Lee Professor of Business in the Management Division and director of the Global Leadership Matrix (GLeaM).
