Our Product Executives in Residence (pEIRs) are a group of product management professionals and technologists with diverse professional backgrounds and industry expertise. They bring a wealth of real-world knowledge and insights to the classroom, ensuring students are exposed to a variety of perspectives and approaches to product management.
Matthew Conroy has more than a decade of experience as a Product Management leader at Google, Stripe, and now Warner Music Group. At Google, he drove vision, strategy and execution for large, global teams responsible for multi-billion dollar businesses like AdSense and Google Payments as well as popular consumer products like Google Fit. Matthew then moved on to become Stripe's Head of Product in EMEA, focused on growing the GDP of the internet. Prior to his career in technology, Matthew conducted research with the International Futures Program at the OECD in Paris, France.
Duke Dukellis is Vice President of Product Management at Google, responsible for Google Assistant and Google Speech product management teams. For six years prior, he was Senior Director of Product Management for Google’s advertising products for developers and publishers, including Ad Manager, AdMob, and AdSense, Authorized Buyers, and Open Bidding. Prior to Google, Duke was a Senior Director at PayPal, leading the Consumer Wallet and Consumer Financial Services teams. Kurt Fulepp is Managing Director, Product Management at JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Previously, Fulepp was the President of Digital (as well as Chief Product Officer) at AccuWeather and had oversight of all digital offerings including full product and general management of AccuWeather’s global mobile apps, website, subscription products, connected technologies and media content.
Paankhuri Gupta (CBS class of 2019) is the Head of Product for a zero to one initiative at Amazon. The initiative’s vision is to enable small-and-medium businesses - even those that don’t sell in Amazon's store - to grow their business with Amazon Ads. Paankhuri has hired and developed the product team from scratch, and successfully scaled the product from tens of small-and-medium businesses to thousands.
Eric Hellweg is the senior director of product at Amazon Health / One Medical, overseeing seven product teams focused on member growth and engagement. Hellweg's teams led the "Day One" launches when Amazon purchased One Medical and also oversaw the introduction of a new Amazon Prime add on in November of 2023: Prime One Medical. Prior to joining Amazon One Medical, Hellweg held product leadership roles at Mozilla, The New York Times, and Harvard Business Review.

Laura Ridlehoover is an accomplished product and technology leader with over 15 years of experience building innovative solutions at leading tech companies. After earning her MBA from CBS, Laura joined Amazon in 2012 and has held product management leadership roles across several divisions including Kindle Books, Amazon Devices, and WW Operations.
