The Program's weekly breakfasts are open to all current first and second year students. Alumni and speakers who come to join are recruited for their knowledge of industry as well as their enthusiasm for Columbia students and PE.

- Students taking M&A, PE Lab, PE Leverage and/or PE Finance (or those who took EMBA Foundations of PE class over the summer) and/or
- Students who have PE backgrounds and/or
- Students who have a demonstrated interest and active engagement with the PE industry
- Students who wish to learn more about the industry and expand their networks
The breakfasts should be seen as structured coffee chats and a networking opportunity among the speaker and your peers - both very important components of a private equity job search.
