Navigate Submission
All proposals are submitted through RASCAL to Columbia University’s Sponsored Projects Administration (SPA). The Director of Research Administration serves as the liaison to SPA, ensuring full compliance and timely submission.

Track Funding/Budget & Report
Once funding is awarded, the Research Team will work with the Sponsored Projects Team to assist with establishing chart strings, monitoring expenditures, adjusting budgets, no cost extensions and managing closeout procedures to ensure smooth post-award operations.
