Howard Homonoff
Howard Homonoff has been a leading executive, strategic advisor and thought leader in the media business for over 25 years. He has been at the forefront of transformational change, helping jump start the cable broadband business, the advent of streaming at Hulu, and new advertising business models. His clients have included The Walt Disney Company, Comcast, NBCUniversal, the Motion Picture Association, P&G, Ogilvy, the 4As, and ANA. He has been an expert witness on media before federal courts, the FCC, and the Copyright Royalty Board.
Howard serves as Senior Advisor for Media & Entertainment at Grant Thornton Advisors; Adjunct Professor at Fordham University School of Business; weekly contributor to Forbes on media, advertising and technology; and Senior Fellow at Columbia Business School Institute on Tele-Information (CITI). Howard previously served as General Counsel for NBC Cable and VP/GM of CNBC Strategic Ventures, managing business development and streaming video, satellite radio, and interactive TV businesses. He was also Counsel to the U.S. House Subcommittee on Telecommunications and Finance. Howard is a graduate of NYU School of Law and Cornell University.
