Creating Lasting Impact

The 2026 Women in Real Estate Summit, themed “Building for the Future: Investing and Generating Real Value,” brought together diverse leaders from across the real estate industry to discuss investment, lending, development, and firm-level strategy. Through conversations centered on innovation, leadership, and long-term value creation, speakers explored how the industry can create lasting impact for both assets and communities. Margaret Anadu, Senior Partner and Head of Real Estate at The Vistria Group, was the celebrated keynote speaker.

Panelists included:

  • C. Marisa Rodriguez, MSRED ’19 – Vice President, Hudson Housing Capital
  • Adriana de Alcantara – Senior Managing Director, Fund Manager, Hines
  • Sarah Ashcroft – Senior Vice President, Silverstein Properties

The conference is presented annually for students, alumni, and industry colleagues by the CBS Real Estate Association in partnership with the GSAPP Women in Real Estate Development group.
