The Institute has hosted international researchers, professors, and government officials who come to CITI for a period of study and research. Generally, Visiting Scholars pursue their own research, writing, and thinking. An example is C.K. Kim, Ministry of Telecommunications, Republic of Korea (1994-1995). C.K. became the Vice Minister of Communications for South Korea, the senior civil service position in a country that has become a world leader in broadband internet.
Apply for CITI Visiting Scholar Program
Scholars and other researchers who are interested in participating as a visiting scholar at CITI should begin the process by sending a letter to Eli Noam with a short description of the research they are purposing to do, the time frame of when the research will take place, and other information about the candidate.
