The Handbook of Industrial Financial Data, since its first publication in 1968, serves as a survey reference source concerning business administration and industry movements, and provides a statistical reference source or macroeconomic analysis.
The Handbook covers companies (excluding financial and insurance companies) which are listed on either the first or second section of Tokyo, Osaka, or Nagoya stock exchange and have been listed on a Japanese stock exchange, including JASDAQ and so on, for eleven years or more. The financial data includes both consolidated and unconsolidated accounting data. These companies organized into 107 industries.
The Handbook provides 66 analytical indicators (61 on a unconsolidated basis), including indexes of income and expenses, financial conditions, and financial ratios, consolidated statement of cash flows, as well as actual financial figure for an average company in each industry group covering last two fiscal years.
