2025: 2nd Annual Family Enterprise Owners' Day
Owners’ Day 2025 brought together students, alumni, and multigenerational families for a day of reflection and dialogue on what it means to own with purpose. Through fireside conversations and cross-generational exchanges, participants explored the “why” of ownership—examining the impact of family enterprises on their families, their assets, and the communities they serve. The day highlighted both the visible and the often-unseen work of stewardship, from navigating complexity to shaping values across generations. Above all, Owners’ Day 2025 underscored a shared commitment to building prosperity, purpose, and progress together.

2024: Inaugural Owners' Day: A New Era for Family Enterprise Leadership
Owners' Day is tailored for individuals from enterprising families who are directly or indirectly shaping the future of their enterprises—whether through business operations, family offices, philanthropy, or governance structures. Our focus for this event is to foster a dialogue among owners and future owners who contribute uniquely to the conversation about family enterprise.
This year's event brought together family enterprise leaders to explore the evolving role of ownership. Through insightful discussions, we examined how owners can lead with values, drive sustainable progress, and navigate the complexities of multigenerational enterprises. The event emphasized intentionality, long-term thinking, and the importance of strategic ownership conversations.
