The Global Family Enterprise Program currently offers a range of MBA and EMBA elective courses that provide in-depth coverage of the unique issues facing family businesses, from single operating companies to complex, diversified family enterprises. Topics of discussion in these courses include generational leadership transitions, succession planning, strategy, entering the family business, governance, trusts and estates, family offices, wealth management, and advising family-controlled enterprises.
We also actively guide students through the entire curriculum to ensure they leave CBS with all the skills and knowledge they will need to guide their careers, which will inevitably touch upon family enterprise. (80-90% of the world's enterprises are family controlled.)
Our Family Enterprise MBA/EMBA Course Road Map helps matriculated graduate students choose the best electives to meet their goals.
We also offer custom programs and open enrollment educational programs for families and advisors who wish to learn more from our distinguished faculty.
