The Board of the Eugene Lang Entrepreneurial Fund (‘Lang Fund’) is pleased to announce investments in four companies founded by Columbia Business School (CBS) alumni, following a highly competitive selection process. A full list of Lang funded companies can be found here. Established in 1996 through a gift from Eugene M. Lang, MS ’40, the Lang Fund has provided early-stage seed capital to more than 70 graduating student and alumni ventures.

All applicants were screened by students in the 2-year Columbia Venture Fellows program (CVF) in collaboration with the Lang Center’s Investment Committee. The CVF program provides first-hand venture investing experience to Columbia Business School students serious about pursuing a career in venture capital.
