Mac OS Users:

Please make sure you are connected to “Columbia U Secure” wireless network, or that your computer is directly connected to an Ethernet port.

Open the Self-Service app. Either found in Applications or your Dock.

On the left panel of the Self-Service app, click on Self-Service.

Double click "Self Service: Ricoh Printer Drivers" icon to install printer drivers.

On the left panel of the Self-Service app, click on printers.
- Find the Printer you’d like to connect to. And click on Install.
- Once the printer has been installed, the icon will now give you the option to Reinstall instead.
- This will confirm that the process has been completed, and you should now be able to print via the normal print menu and by selecting your desired printer.
