Patricia Angus, JD, MIA, TEP, is Founder and CEO of Angus Advisory Group LLC, an Adjunct Professor and Founder of the Global Family Enterprise Program Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business.
Siddharth served as the director of his family office from 2015 to 2021. The office focused on real estate and equity assets, and Siddharth was responsible for the transformation of the family office form a legacy collection of low-performing companies and assets to a professional and focused modern family office. In 2022, Siddharth joined Bain as a consultant after an MBA from CBS, which required him to hire an operations director to manage the day-to-day functions of the family office.
Ashli Carter is a Lecturer in the Management Division at Columbia Business School. Currently, she teaches topics in leadership, negotiations, and cultivating a growth mindset in the MBA and Executive Education programs, as well as for CBS administrators and staff. Prior to joining CBS faculty, she taught MBA and undergraduate courses in leadership and professional ethics at NYU Stern where she was an Assistant Professor/Faculty Fellow of Management and Organizations.
The oldest of her family’s 6th Generation, and now mother to the first 7th Generation family member, Elizabeth Cliatt is considered a rising leader within her family's enterprise. Born and raised in Columbus, Georgia, her family’s hometown, she has a strong love and passion, not only for her family but for ensuring its legacy thrives for generations to come. She received a business degree from Columbus State University and went on to pursue a Masters in Family Business from Kennesaw State University.
Brock Elmore is the youngest sibling in the Elmore family. He played football at the University of Pennsylvania where he studied at Wharton Undergrad. In 2017, he dropped out with 2 semesters left to pursue the creation of a small fund that traded Bitcoin using network science and machine learning. He is a self-taught programmer. He operated that fund for two years before starting a new company with his brother Trent in the decentralized finance ("DeFi") space.
Callie Elmore is currently President of E3 Association Partners, an association management company with a vision for empowering associations to create unmatched member experiences. Before entering the association management space, Callie spent her career in consulting, marketing, and sales, most recently at a Fortune 500 building materials manufacturer. She received her BA in Communications from Pepperdine University and her M.B.A. from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
Gant is a partner at Elmore Companies, a Bloomington, Indiana based family office that partners with entrepreneurs to acquire small businesses across the country. At Elmore Companies, Gant is responsible for sourcing and evaluating potential acquisitions and supporting all portfolio companies. In addition to his responsibilities at Elmore Companies, Gant is Executive Chairman at Turner Mining Group, which he co-founded, as well as Firmatek, Wave Reaction, and Turner Staffing Group.
Marc De Kuyper is founder of Overproof, the only data-services platform delivering AI-driven insights to global beverage alcohol companies. Born in the Netherlands, De Kuyper is the eldest of the 11th generation of De Kuyper Royal Distillers, one of the oldest family distilleries in the world. He joined the family business as CEO of the U.S.-based Royal Dutch Distillers, and successfully grew the company to representing eight brands.
A fourth-generation Huber family member, Sam was involved in the very earliest family governance efforts, serving on the committee that interviewed and recommended the first 4th Generation family directors. Sam has also served on the Family Philanthropy Committee, the Owners’ Room Task Force, the Family Council Board, and the Shareholder Communications Team. For the past several years, Sam has served as co-chair of the Family Council Board (now the Huber Family Board). Sam has also been a non-voting director on both the CP Kelco and JM Huber Corporate
Sheena S. Iyengar is the inaugural S.T. Lee Professor of Business in the Management Division at Columbia Business School, and a world expert on choice and decision-making. Her book The Art of Choosing received the Financial Times and Goldman Sachs Business Book of the Year 2010 award, and was ranked #3 on the Amazon.com Best Business and Investing Books of 2010. Her research is regularly cited in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and The Economist as well as in popular books, such as Malcolm Gladwell’s Blink and Aziz Ansari’s Modern Romance.
Sproule is VP of Sustainability & ESG at Allegro Senior Living and is the 5th generation of his family to be involved in the business. Allegro is part of a St. Louis-based family holding company with a 150-year history in real estate finance, development and management. It also owns a coalbed and agricultural methane capture business. After more than a decade working in environmental advocacy, outdoor recreation and real estate finance, he joined Allegro’s property development group.
Gaia Marchisio, Ph.D., is a family-enterprise researcher, consultant, educator, speaker, and writer with 25+ years of impact across global family enterprises, academic institutions, corporations, public-sector organizations, and others.
Pierre Mordacq is the Managing Partner of The Gate Technologies, a US, family anchored private investment firm focusing on mature, technology driven companies.
Sultan Ojjeh is a 3rd Generation family member and Director at TAG Group, a holding company currently going through a generational transition.
Rachel Reid is a 6th generation member of the Todd family of New Zealand. She is a family branch representative on the Todd Foundation, and a member of her family council. She is also a board member for the Australian startup Xytide Biotech.
Olivia is a fifth-generation member of the Huber family. She is currently serving her second term as a non-voting Director on the Huber Engineered Materials Board. An active member of family governance since 2017, Olivia currently serves as the co-chair of the Huber Family Council Board (now the Huber Family Board). In 2018 she attended the Kellogg Executive Leadership Program on Governing Family Enterprises.
Born and raised in El Salvador, Rocio embodies the legacy of the SIMAN family. From a young
age, she immersed herself in the operations of the family's flagship department store, where
she learned the values of diligence and entrepreneurial spirit that define her family.
Rocio's journey led her to pursue a BBA from Loyola University in Chicago, where she honed
her skills and expanded her horizons. Building on this foundation, she recently completed her
MBA at Columbia Business School, further enriching her understanding of global commerce
and strategic management.
