An After-Party at Cellar Bar at the Bryant Park Hotel was hosted by the Columbia Business School Real Estate Association.

2014 Annual Real Estate Alumni Reception
The reception took place on Thursday, May 8, 2014, and honored Hugh R. Frater '85 as the Distinguished Real Estate Partner. Mr. Frater is CEO of Berkadia Commercial Mortgage, a highly rated master and primary servicer and a top-tier commercial real estate loan originator and investment sales advisor. Berkadia has over 1400 employees in over 60 offices servicing over $230 billion in commercial mortgage loans and financing or selling over $14 billion in property annually.
