Membership
Membership spans 16 U.S. states, including Washington, D.C., and represents 45 graduation years. The alumni network extends globally to Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
Members of the Circle are at various career levels and making their mark in all real estate industry segments. Members of the Circle also steer the leadership and program development for the annual Columbia Business School Real Estate Symposium.
What Does a Commitment Mean?
An annual commitment to the Real Estate Circle is a tax-deductible gift to the school, which supports the Milstein Center's initiatives and the MBA Real Estate Program.
Membership supports education, research, alumni expansion efforts, and industry engagement at Columbia Business School. It profoundly and immediately impacts the Center's mission to educate the next generation of business leaders about real estate practice within an ever-changing global market.
There are four tiers of annual commitment:
- Circle Leader: $5,000 (more than 5 years from graduation)
- Circle Associate: $2,000 (less than 5 years from graduation)
- Regional: $2,500 (for alumni 100+ miles from NYC)
- Recent Graduate: $500 (the first year following graduation only)
