Events
Beyond the classroom, the Paul Milstein Center for Real Estate produces a full calendar of activities that complement the formal curriculum. Senior-level practitioners—including many alumni—come to campus as event participants, speakers, panelists, and mentors, providing the Columbia Business School community with exceptional opportunities to gain in-depth insight into the real estate industry.
Prospective Students
There is no formal application process for the MBA Real Estate Program; students wishing to study real estate at Columbia Business School should apply to the MBA program. Once admitted, students may select among the real estate course offerings to complement the broad management training offered by the MBA core curriculum.
Fellowships and Scholarships
A variety of awards are available for entering and continuing students. In addition to financial support, awardees become members of Columbia Business School's community of real estate scholars and fellows.
Get Involved
The Real Estate Association (REA), a group of more than 200 students interested in real estate investment and management, works with the Paul Milstein Center for Real Estate to coordinate activities that leverage the educational and networking opportunities available to students.
Employment
Graduates and students of the MBA Real Estate Program take on leadership roles in all segments of the industry including investing, asset management, development, and launching entrepreneurial endeavors.
