The Phillips Pathway for Inclusive Leadership (PPIL)
The Phillips Pathway for Inclusive Leadership (PPIL) is a co-curricular program aimed at equipping our students with the skills and strategies necessary to lead in an inclusive and ethical manner across industries. Designed by Mariah Celestine '20 and Camira Livers-Powell '20 in collaboration with the DEI Initiative, the program includes a combination of reflections, surveys, workshops, and programmatic endeavors which will help hone and develop our students' inclusive leadership skillset throughout their educational journey at Columbia Business School.
All full-time MBA and EMBA students are enrolled in the community-wide mandate to attend PPIL sessions and submit a post-event refection form during their time at Columbia Business School. However, all students are encouraged to engage with PPIL by participating in our events and collaborating on PPIL-approved programming through our student groups.
