Carly Bigi '17 is the Founder and CEO of Laws of Motion, an AI sizing technology company that helps customers know their size when shopping online and helps solve the $1T e-comm return crisis for apparel brands.
Born and raised in Houston, TX, Carly grew up with deep roots in the NASA community and a passion for math and science. Prior to starting Laws of Motion, Carly was a consultant at Deloitte.

Shannon Bracken
Shannon Bracken joined Vista Equity Partners in 2015 and is currently a member of the private equity Flagship team. Ms. Bracken currently sits on the boards of Drift, EagleView, Mindbody, Pipedrive, Pluralsight, Quickbase and Salesloft. Ms. Bracken was also actively involved in the firm’s investments in Finastra, Khoros, Marketo, Tripleseat and Vivid Seats (NASDAQ: SEAT). Ms. Bracken was named one of Buyouts’ 10 Standout Women in Private Equity in 2021.

Ashli Carter is a Lecturer in the Management Division at Columbia Business School. Currently, she teaches topics in leadership, negotiations, and cultivating a growth mindset in the MBA and Executive Education programs, as well as for CBS administrators and staff. Prior to joining CBS faculty, she taught MBA and undergraduate courses in leadership and professional ethics at NYU Stern where she was an Assistant Professor/Faculty Fellow of Management and Organizations.

In this role, she is leading the company’s efforts to connect customers to streaming content via a global entertainment technology platform. She oversees the product teams behind X1, Flex, and XClass as well as the data services that power them like metadata, search, personalization, and media analytics.

Amy Kadomatsu is the Chief Executive Officer of COMPLY. As a global market leader in regulatory compliance solutions, COMPLY combines the power of regulatory technology, services and education to empower Chief Compliance Officers (CCOs) and compliance professionals to easily navigate the regulatory landscape. Under Amy’s stewardship, COMPLY attracted a $120m investment from K1 Investment Management in 2021 alongside prior investor Vista Equity Partners and has completed three subsequent acquisitions.
