Amantia is completing a master's in public administration (MPA) at the School of Public and International Affairs (SIPA), where she is concentrating in economic and political development and specializing in management. Amantia was a Sustainable Investing Fellow on the Morgan Stanley Wealth Management investing with impact team, where she worked to extend the use case of a proprietary impact-reporting tool, and contributed to client- and financial advisor-facing collateral and tool kits. Prior to SIPA, Amantia was an investments associate at Humanity United, a private foundation working to eradicate forced labor from corporate supply chains. She also worked as a summer associate and deal consultant at Working Capital Investment Fund, a seed stage venture capital fund, making equity investments in technology startups providing supply chain solutions. Amantia is a co-founder and current acting executive director for the National Committee of United World College in Albania, a nonprofit that selects and prepares Albanian youth for scholarships to a global network of mission-driven high schools, and she sits on the Governing Council of United World Colleges International. She earned a bachelor of arts degree magna cum laude from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.
