Hudson is a dual MBA and MIA candidate with a concentration in energy and environment at Columbia Business School and Columbia School of International & Public Affairs. As a Sustainable Investing Fellow, Hudson worked in Morgan Stanley Investment Management’s Private Credit and Equity (PC&E) division to develop an enhanced sustainability reporting strategy, an approach to integrate climate risk into the division’s investment life cycle and build a suite of tools to support ESG due diligence and ongoing carbon footprint analysis across their investment portfolio. Titi is a second-year Master of Public Administration (MPA) student at the School of International and Public Affairs, focused on sustainable finance and corporate sustainability. She spent her fellowship working in the Global Sustainable Finance group, where she collaborated with different business units and worked on six diverse projects across the products and solutions, corporate sustainability, and Institute for Sustainable Investing teams. Tessa graduated with an MPA in environmental science and policy from the School of International and Public Affairs in May 2022. As a Sustainable Investing Fellow, she worked with the Investing With Impact team within the Global Investment Office (GIO) of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. She led a stakeholder consultation and a strategic reimagining of a key document that communicates the team’s approach to climate action investing, worked on a comparison of sustainable funds classifications, and was able to join GIO’s intensive summer analyst programming to gain exposure to the work of teams across the entire division.
