The Richman Center’s mentorship program, launched in 2014, is designed to provide JD/MBA students with the opportunity to have one-on-one connections with alumni.
The program enables students to learn about professional opportunities in business and law, and to gain useful insight into various industries. For alumni, mentoring reinforces their relationship with Columbia and provides connections to emerging talent. The focus of this program is career development, and mentorships are not intended to be tied to an internship or employment opportunity.
To facilitate student interaction with alumni, the Richman Center also organizes informal group events, including breakfasts and coffee hours.
