Mr. Bloom is a Founder and Managing Partner of Trimaran Capital Partners, and serves a manager of Trimaran Fund II, an existing private equity fund. Until February 2006, Mr. Bloom was a Vice Chairman of CIBC World Markets Corp. and co-head of Leveraged Finance.

Geoffrey J. Colvin is a partner in CEW Partners, a family investment firm with interests in publicly traded securities, private partnerships and companies, and real estate.  Previously, he practiced law at Proskauer Rose LLP in New York.

Mr. Colvin is Honorary Chairman of the Columbia College Alumni Association. He is an Emeritus member of the Board of Columbia Business School and Co-Chair of the Board of Visitors of Columbia Law School. He is a trustee of Teachers College, Columbia University, and is chair of its Audit Committee.

Adam Fisher is the Founder and Chief Investor Officer of Commonwealth Asset Management, an investment platform with separate but complementary products in the two business lines of Global Macro and Real Estate.

Paul M. Goldschmid is a partner at King Street Capital Management. Mr. Goldschmid serves on the Management Committee and Global and U.S. Investment Committees and has been a partner since 2012. Prior to joining King Street in 2006, Mr. Goldschmid was an analyst at Compass Partners International, a boutique merchant banking firm, focusing on principal investments and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Goldschmid received a J.D. and M.B.A. from Columbia University in 2006 and a B.A. from Harvard University in 2000.

Eric S. Haueter is a corporate partner in the San Francisco office. His principal areas of practice include corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.

Caroline Kassie is the Managing Partner of Metrodora Ventures, a New York City based venture capital firm investing in early-stage health and learning businesses. Prior to launching Metrodora, Caroline was most recently a Founding General Partner of Blockchange Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on investing in blockchain technology.

Scott Ostfeld is a Managing Partner and Portfolio Manager at JANA Partners. Prior to joining JANA in 2006, Mr. Ostfeld was at GSC Partners, where he served in their distressed debt private equity group and focused on acquiring companies through the restructuring process and enhancing value as an equity owner. He was previously an investment banker at Credit Suisse First Boston Corporation.

Richard Paul Richman is the chairman and founder of The Richman Group and its affiliates. The Richman Group is the seventh largest apartment portfolio owner in the United States according to the National Multi-Housing Council. The firm's portfolio includes approximately 1,400 housing properties, containing nearly 110,000 apartment units located in 49 states, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, and Saipan. The firm is headquartered in Greenwich, Connecticut, and has regional offices throughout the nation.

Michelle Ritter is the founder and CEO of Steel Perlot, which builds and invests in scalable, analytics-driven platform businesses across industries, underlying technologies, and timelines. Chaired by Eric Schmidt, Steel Perlot identifies where the raw materials of talent and ingenuity can yield scale and ubiquity, in the realms of applied AI, next-gen chips, renewables, and global finance, among others. Since its founding in 2021, the firm has grown to 140 employees globally, more than eighty percent of whom are technical talent.

Tom Rogers currently serves as Executive Chairman of WinView, Inc. WinView operates at the intersection of TV sports, social media, gaming and mobility, and with 28 patents, is the leading player in the application of games in which viewers can engage while simultaneously watching live TV sports.

Robert Rosen has served as a Managing Member of Greyhawke Capital Advisors LLC since 1998.  The Greenwich, Connecticut-based company invests capital in, and applies management expertise to, corporate and asset restructuring in selected investment opportunities generally involving real estate assets.  The company controls assets with a gross asset value of more than $500,000,000.

Jeff Witten is the Co-Founder and CEO of Sheer Health. Sheer Health is a direct to consumer healthcare company that revolutionizes how individuals manage their medical billing and health insurance. In under 12 months, the company has scaled to thousands of members and 11 employees, successfully raising Seed and Series A rounds from institutional investors. Members have saved on average $3,000 per year and the company will soon be launching publicly.
